Renovation of the African Development Bank headquarters

Around 50,000 sqm of office space was brought up to current international standards for technical and technological development. It is spread over two adjacent 18 floor towers, both offering underground parking and technical rooms. Lifts facilitate vertical movement, with horizontal movement thanks to curved forms installed around this core. Energy performance has been improved by replacing the curtain wall system.
