Renovation of 2 buildings dating from 1890 and 1936, classified in the list of national monuments. The renovation includes the addition of a volume of 3 levels, choosing neutral materials and colors that do not disturb historic facades at lower levels. The building has a mechanical parking with two levels. An atrium connects the two buildings. A specific project has been established by a landscaper to create a green space of quality in the inner courtyard.
