Serenity building

With certified high environmental quality, this administrative site has four identical spaces linked via glass walkways at the entrance, by the lift shaft, and by the emergency staircase. This project is set on a plot of 50 m which runs alongside the Route d’Arlon, with a depth of 180 m. Close to residential areas, the building’s design creates a link with the office area. Each office enjoys a clear external view, with no internal courtyard. The architecture is sober and on a human scale.
