Royal Grace

 The project rises at a neuralgic location at the corner of Boulevard Royal and Avenue Pescatore with an existing pattern of outstanding historical buildings. The influence of the nearby park motivated the integrating of the tree structure in the facade: the analogy of a thick trunk and a filigree branch in the vertical face. The building faces to the corner of the crossing and the upper part protrudes towards the open angle. The interior offers an spacious office facing the view to the street.
