Luxembourg Luxembourg 2019 Ecological The Staccato is a contemporary energy-efficient 5-story building with a highly flexible surface exploitation situated in Luxembourg-Kirchberg. BREEAM certified, it bears a BBB energy class (yearly consumption of 51 to 90 kWh / m²) made possible through the installation of GEOTABS. This thermally activated building system (TABS) uses the combination of a ground-coupled heat pump (GEO) generating heat or cold, as well as concrete core activation to deliver the cooling and heating effect.
