D.SQUARE BUILDING

With a floor space of 30,000sqm, the D.Square building houses 2,300 employees. This large, flagship site in the Cloche d'Or district was designed to reach very demanding environmental requirements and to get a BREEAM certification, with a "very good" rating. This very energy-efficient construction consists of two buildings (17 floors and 6 floors), linked by an indoor passage. An urban window between the 7th and the 13th floor, offers a 400sqm terrace and reinforces this singular architecture.
