Built in 4 blocks, the Complex has 5 to 6 storey and underground parking. Its green roof, rainwater recuperation system and solar panels contribute towards making it a low energy building. The building received BREEAM "excellent". The building received BREEAM "excellent" certification, especially for the health and wellness sectors.
