Griesberg barracks, Thionville

The renovation of the Griesberg barracks has enabled a new central site to emerge close to the theatre in Thionville, France. This has rendered the city more attractive. After removing its blast-proof exterior, the barracks can now offer a range of services and shops on the ground floor, with housing upstairs. The car park shelter separates the barracks from the overlooking apartments.
