This contemporary villa is the result of a transformation in 2 phases of an existing building. Its L-shaped volume allows the delimitation of convivial terraces, opened toward the inside as well as the outside of the house, which is conveniently located in the middle of a landscaped park with an artificial pond. The details of this project are particularly neat, especially regarding the sloped roof which is entirely detached from the main volume, thanks to the installation of a glazed banner.
